REQUEST ASSISTANCE

K9s are a product of the way they train, equipment is a large part of that.  Below you can request equipment assistance from the Jerry Lee Strong Foundation.  Please understand that providing equipment is dependent on funds available to the foundation and will be prioritized depending on the severity of the need.

If you have a need that is not listed, we may be able to assist, on a case by case basis. Please explain your need below and we will reach out to you. 

Submitting a request does not guarantee an award.  Jerry Lee Strong Foundation has the sole discretion to accept, reject or modify any award request based on funding and other factors.  A representative will review your request and will directly communicate with you about your submission.
